Töa Club Náutico is a vacation membership concept that guarantees you one week per year by the sea, combining premium accommodations with access to exclusive nautical experiences in Panama. More than a reservation, it’s an investment in freedom and relaxation. 

Töa is currently in the pre-sale phase, offering preferential conditions for our founding members. Construction of the complex is scheduled to begin in June 2026, with its grand opening planned for December 2027.

The club will be developed on Santa Isabel Beach, located in the province of Colón, Panama — an area known for its natural beauty and access to over 300 pristine Caribbean beaches, ideal for sailing, relaxation, and sustainable tourism.

 Unlike a traditional hotel or resort, Töa offers each member a guaranteed annual vacation property, backed by a real complex, exclusive nautical access, and the flexibility to enjoy or transfer your week as you prefer.

Your membership grants you the right to use a fully equipped seaside apartment for one week per year, along with annual boating hours and access to all club amenities.

Yes. Membership can be transferred, sold, or inherited as established in the contract. It’s an investment you can enjoy and pass on to your family.

Your membership is lifetime and is backed by a legally binding contract that guarantees your annual enjoyment.

Each acquisition is formalized through a contract issued by Caribbean Coast Corp., the authorized promoter of the Töa Club Náutico project, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama.

Once the club is operational, members will be able to reserve their week through our online booking platform or with personalized assistance from the Töa Member Services team, subject to availability and internal regulations.

Yes. You may transfer your week to third parties by notifying the club in advance, in accordance with the Membership Use Regulations.

Your membership includes accommodation in your apartment, access to all amenities within the complex, annual boating hours aboard the club’s yachts, and special discounts on dining, beverages, and activities.

Yes. Töa offers a flexible booking system that allows you to choose your travel dates based on availability.

You may transfer your week to another person or carry it over for up to one (1) year, provided that you notify management in advance.

The club will feature a fleet of recreational yachts ranging from 22 to 26 feet in length, with capacity for 4 to 5 passengers, all fully equipped with essential safety and comfort features.

Yes. Each membership includes 8 annual hours of navigation, which can be enjoyed with our captain on board or for approved recreational activities.

Yes. Members can purchase additional boating hours at preferential rates. The club will also offer organized excursions to nearby islands and beaches.

During the launch pre-sale, Töa offers preferential pricing for a limited time. Rates vary depending on the selected residence type (Ámbar or Zafiro) and the chosen payment plan.

Yes. During your stay at Töa, you will enjoy a food and beverage service designed for members, with preferential rates and a proposal aligned with the club’s lifestyle.

The hours included in the membership have no additional cost; however, captain services and extra fuel may be subject to preferential rates. If additional navigation hours are required, they can be contracted separately.

Construction is scheduled to begin in July 2026.

The delivery and opening of the club are scheduled for July 2027. Founding members will receive quarterly updates on the progress of the project.
