    By accessing or using this website, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the complementary policies published by Töa Club Náutico, including:

    Continued use of the Site will be deemed tacit acceptance of any changes or updates made to these policies.

    • The user agrees to use the Site lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable laws in Panama and in their country of residence.

    While THE PROMOTER strives to maintain the information updated and accurate, it does not guarantee its precision, timeliness, or constant availability.
    Final commercial terms will be established exclusively through formal reservation, purchase, or membership agreements signed between the parties.

    All content on the Site — including logos, designs, photographs, texts, plans, videos, trademarks, and domains — is the property of Promotora Caribbean Coast Corp. or its licensors and is protected under Panamanian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
    Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the content without prior written authorization from THE PROMOTER is strictly prohibited.

    The Site may contain links or hyperlinks to third-party websites.
    THE PROMOTER is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of such websites, which are managed under the exclusive responsibility of their respective owners.
     
  7. Online Sales Policy
    If purchase, reservation, or payment processes are enabled through the Site or associated digital platforms, these will be governed by the Online Sales Policy and the respective contracts signed between the parties.
    The use of digital channels for commercial purposes constitutes express acceptance of such terms.

    The processing of personal data collected through the Site shall be governed by the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy of Töa Club Náutico, in accordance with Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection.

    • THE PROMOTER does not guarantee the continuous availability or error-free operation of the Site.

    • The use of the Site is under the sole responsibility of the user..

    THE PROMOTER may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    Modifications shall take effect upon publication on the Site and will be deemed accepted by continued use thereof.
     

  12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, particularly:

    • Law 45 of 2007 (ACODECO)
    • Law 51 of 2008 (Electronic Commerce)
    • Law 81 of 2019 (Personal Data Protection)

    Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, Republic of Panama.  

  13. Validity
    This Policy enters into force upon its official publication on Töa Club Náutico’s digital channels.
